Property Investing has changed this couples futures forever

Joining the 1% of Property Investors has changed this couples life forever – now with three Investment Properties, and one of those in their Self Managed Superannuation Fund.  

At 40, having a family meant to Rob that he wanted to “change his future”. Rob always had an interest in Property, but life and working two jobs just didn’t seem to give him the time to focus on Property. 

Once Rob visited a number of Properties with David, Jules and Rob decided it was time for them to look at their circumstances and invest into two adjoining properties, currently Residential, but zoned for Industrial / Commercial.

Not intending to hot spot, Rob has their third property in the third fastest growing town in Australia.  

Having a Property Portfolio means for me, that i know i can retire from my Console Operators job before 60. I know i have a secure future.

With just its second tenant in this highest, 3 bedroom property and being located just 450m from the centre of Caboolture. This property is zoned for Industrial Commercial use. Purchasing off market this one by approaching the owner, we secured a great price and at an attractive rental yield. 

Robs second purchase was adjoining his first. Needing more repairs, a great negation strategy allowed for a new roof to be budgeted for. Having the two adjoining properties may help Rob unlock value by a Property Development strategy. 

This lovely 4 bedroom, brick property located only 200 metres from the shopping centre went up by $50,000 in just 3 years. Cash flow positive, with only the second tenant in the Property. This is the type of property that can enable you to plan to retire earlier. With 1000m2 though this property is zoned and can easily place a second house on the title.
