Based in South East Queensland, Bluegum Property started in 2017 to help others to create more value in their property journey.

This can be done by;

  • AirBnB Listing
  • Joining together with their neighbours
  • Adding a Development Application (DA) to their title
  • Subdivide their block into seperate titles
  • Remove the existing structure(s) and replacing with higher returning assets
  • Cosmetic renovations
  • Structural renovations
  • many other strategies.

Our Mission

Bluegum Property seeks to add value to property by identifying and managing the strategy to add significant value.

Our AirBnB listing provide superior value and experiences to travellers that up until now have not been able to have access to family and pet friendly short stay accommodation.
